At the event, 26 athletes from the Lang Son Shark Club competed in various disciplines: freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, individual butterfly, and mixed relay events over distances of 50m and 100m, in age groups ranging from 5 to 15.

At the end of the competition, Lang Son athletes secured a total of 10 medals, including 3 silver and 7 bronze. The silver medals came from the men’s 50m breaststroke in the 10–11 and 12–13 age groups, and the mixed 4x50m breaststroke relay in the 10–11 age group.

The championship is held annually to provide a platform for amateur swimmers from clubs nationwide to compete, exchange experiences, and learn from each other. It also offers sports authorities an opportunity to identify promising athletes for further training to enhance their capabilities and competition skills.
